From journeymen to masters: our specialists understand your trades
Trades mean skill. To have learned something specific, and to know a field down to the smallest detail. How do you find trained specialists when your own resources are tight? Turn to KÖTTER Personnel Services: we support the trades with skilled workers and managers for the widest range of fields.
The challenge of the trades
Sound familiar? The order books are full and you don't know if you can actually meet all of the deadlines with your own personnel, without a measure of stress. A new order is starting up but several employees are out due to illness or being on vacation. Before you reluctantly turn down customers and lose out to the competition, we will support you with the placement or temporary staffing of qualified and experienced specialists and managers.
Masters, journeymen and qualified assistants
At KÖTTER Personnel Services, you will find employees who understand your trade. In addition to qualified assistants, this includes masters and journeymen from all typical trades occupations:
- Plant mechanics
- Electricians in the widest range of specializations
- Gas and water installers
- Glaziers
- Refrigeration system fitters
- Shopfitters
- Painters & sprayers

Support in the office, as well
Before invoices are left undone, offers left processed or your files pile up over your head, we are also on duty for you here. Experienced employees support your administrative tasks.
Temporary staffing, direct placement or both
We can take over all relevant processes for you in the direct placement of new employees: from applicant search and selection to final contract negotiations. All in close coordination with you, of course. We provide you with temporary staff to cover short or long-term order peaks. You determine the length of assignment. Temporary staffing also makes it possible to put potential new employees to the acid test over several weeks or months, "live" and "on the job," before you hire them permanently.
