Our emergency call and service control center (ESC) is the heart of your security. All alarm, fault, and status messages from your systems converge here centrally – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
As soon as an alarm is received, our specialists respond with lightning speed. Depending on the situation – whether a burglary, robbery, fire, or technical malfunction – we implement customized measures tailored specifically to your needs.
A key advantage: In addition to traditional alarm systems, we also monitor technical building equipment (TGA) such as cooling and heating systems. This ensures that your operations run smoothly and that malfunctions do not cause damage.

Intervention Measures Following Alarm Receipt
When an alarm is received in our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), clearly defined processes tailored to your individual requirements are immediately initiated. The entire intervention process is agreed with you in advance. Following alarm verification, we first notify the designated contacts and – if required – the police. The deployment of our intervention personnel is also carried out in accordance with the agreed arrangements: our security staff assess the situation on site and coordinate all further measures. This structured and customer-specific approach helps minimise consequential damage and effectively reduce false alarms.
Video Remote Monitoring for Maximum Security
Our intelligent video remote monitoring provides precise real-time situation analysis. Live images enable rapid decision-making and help reduce unnecessary deployments. Virtual patrols and remote access functions, such as barrier control, further enhance our security concept.
Our Alarm Receiving Centre is also certified in accordance with DIN EN 50518 and VdS 3138, making it one of the most secure in Europe. With redundant systems, an autonomous security network and comprehensive protection against power outages, we ensure maximum reliability.
