Business know-how on the one hand – a feel for sales and strong communication skills on the other.
Sales and administration form a powerful unit in the KÖTTER Group. After all, the one doesn't work without the other. Do you know exactly in which of the two fields your strengths lie? Then see the advantages of a nationally operating family business for yourself. We would like to meet you!
Our sales employees contribute greatly to the success of the KÖTTER Group: They win customers over to our security services, our technical security solutions, our cash and valuables services, our cleaning services and our temporary staffing services.
The daily routine of our sales professionals
Half past seven in the morning in Germany: you are sitting in your company car, on the way to the office. You are expecting an eventful day: 2 presentations have to be created, 1 concept has to be written up, 2 offers have to be calculated, written up and sent, and the monthly sales meeting begins at 3:00 PM. Then, you still have to make the plan for tomorrow – it's time for business development work again: will it be a mailing? Or do you prefer a telephone campaign? It's up to you! We assure you: you'll never be bored.
The ideal sales candidate has business training or an education in business administration and can demonstrate many years of industry-specific sales success. Much more important to us than an ideally carved figure of a person, however, is a person with corners and edges who has the solid determination to learn something new and to persevere and who isn't discouraged by sales misses! If this applies to you, we look forward to a common future.
Nothing works without administration
Regardless of how successful sales may be, nothing works without our many employees in administration. At headquarters in Essen or at one of our many branch offices, you will ensure that things run smoothly in your area of responsibility:
- General administration
- Human resources
Incidentally: regardless of the career level at which you start. There is always room to climb...
