Approximately 50 apprentices from all over Germany who are completing their “Protection and Security Professional” training with KÖTTER Security were guests at the family-run business’ show stand (Hall 2, 2A40) at the start of “security 2016”. At the same time, Germany’s second biggest security services provider is again participating in the “Education and Training Day”.
“They are the security specialists of tomorrow and thus an important aspect of our company’s continued success”, said Friedrich P. Kötter, amongst others Board of Directors of the West-German security company Fritz Kötter SE & Co. KG, who welcomes the apprentices. “Therefore, it is certain: “With the appropriate commitment and expertise, they have the best prospects and career opportunities with us.”
In the context of their three-year “Protection and Security Professional” training, the apprentices are trained to be future specialists and managers, who for example, will take over the central monitoring tasks in the operations center. Confirmation of the high quality of the training are, amongst others, the multiple successes with the highest honors at a national, state and district level in various chambers of industry and commerce (IHK). The family-run business also offers two-year training for “Protection and Security Service Employees” which, amongst other things, prepares for taking over qualified property protection.
