Essen. The family business, KÖTTER Services, has been listed as one of the top 10 leading building service providers in Germany in the renowned Lünendonk study. Customers can also be won over by the business’s industry-specific and customised solutions at the world’s biggest security trade show, security, held in Essen.
The KÖTTER consortium, which is active nationwide, is still one of the ten leading building ser-vice providers in Germany. The list of ‘leading facility services providers in Germany’, published annually by market research company Lünendonk, ranks the family business as Germany’s tenth most lucrative provider. The study’s findings corroborate the continuous progress made with each previous financial year. After a successful year in 2016, KÖTTER Services was still able to increase turnover by four million euros in 2017, achieving a total of 549 million euros.
Service packages in response to increasing quality standards
The driving forces behind the positive findings are the industry-specific ‘smart service solutions’ for security, cleaning and personal service. They provide customers with crucial advantages,
including integrated provision around core business, synergy effects and uniform standards. This is how the family business keeps up with the times. Because, according to the Lünendonk study, growing use of service packages and increasing quality standards are key trends which have come to dominate the market.
“We are already well-positioned with our industry-specific system solutions and customised so-lutions, but we are constantly refining them,“ explained Friedrich P. Kötter. “Our increasingly digitized world is critically important in this context.“
Industry event in September
With more than 1,000 exhibitors from over 40 countries, security is the world’s most important trade show for security and fire safety. It takes place for the 23rd time from 25 to 28 September in the exhibition centre in Essen.
