-> Mr. Friedrich P. Kötter, Mrs. Martina Kötter and Mr. Rüdiger Haase are committed to working in national and international associations.

-> Actively co-determining the standards in the sectors and the qualitative standards, as well as supporting the regional economy.

Essen, Dusseldorf and Berlin (8th November 2017). The regional, national and international work of business enterprises in various associations enables them to actively cooperate when deciding the future of their respective sectors by means of exchanging experiences worldwide, co-determining the qualitative standards, establishing the training professions and representing the interests of small and medium-sized businesses. KÖTTER Services has been using these opportunities for decades in many different associations and institutions. Three executives of this corporate group - which is active throughout Germany - have just been elected to join the top committees and their positions were confirmed.

The International Security League (of Zollikofen in Switzerland)

The International Security League is a union of private security firms throughout the world. Its objective is to determine and uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in the security industry. Mr. Friedrich P. Kötter (who is a member of KÖTTER SE & Co. KG Security's administrative board in Dusseldorf, among other things) has already been a member of the board of directors since 1996. Mr. Friedrich P. Kötter's official duty was confirmed yet again in this year's election to the top committee of the sector's association.

Bundesverband der Sicherheitswirtschaft (BDSW) [Federal Association of the Security Industry] (in Bad Homburg in Germany)

The BDSW represents the interests of its almost 1,000 members vis-á-vis the politics and statutory authorities, as well as vis-á-vis the research sciences and the economy. The BDSW is an association of employers that has the task of negotiating the collective agreements with the trade unions that represent about 126,000 employees of the business enterprises which are its members. This task is being mainly exercised in the regional groups. Mr. Rüdiger Haase (who is a director of KÖTTER Security SE & Co. KG in Berlin, among other things) has now been elected to the Managing Board of the regional groups in Berlin and Saxony, as well as to the Collective Agreement Commission of the regional groups in Brandenburg and Saxony-Anhalt and his position was confirmed.

IHK Ruhr (Industrial and Commercial Chambers of Essen, Mülheim an der Ruhr and Oberhausen)

The IHK is committed to speaking up for the concerns of the regional economy within the framework of representing its interests. It supports the business enterprises and their business activities which comprise a huge number of products and services. The committee's top administrative body is the plenary assembly) and it functions as the 'Parliament of Industry and Commerce' as a result). Mrs. Martina Kötter (who is a director of KÖTTER GmbH & Co. KG Administrative Services in Essen, among other things) had already been a member of IHK Ruhr's plenary assembly since 2003. Mrs. Martina Kötter's position has been confirmed in the election that was held at the beginning of November for the term of office from 2018 to 2023.
