- Industry-Specific Audits
In addition to external quality audits, we conduct annual internal audits, which we supplement with industry-specific control standards. For example, our services at credit institutions are subject to different quality controls than those in the chemical industry or in administration.
- Pre-Order Inspections
We conduct feasibility checks before starting an order. This ensures that we can deliver the service you require within the framework of our quality standards.
- Start-up Teams
Especially for large projects, we rely on the integration of start-up teams during the conception and early implementation phases. These teams consist of employees with many years of experience and specialized expertise. These teams support the project team and ensure a smooth launch of our services.

- Information & Communication
Open and regular communication is an important foundation for the successful implementation of projects. Right from the initial phase, we closely involve all project participants and inform them regularly about the project's progress. This transparent communication ensures that all project participants have the same level of knowledge at all times.
In order to always meet your requirements and any changing conditions, we also conduct regular feedback meetings with you and our project managers. In these meetings, in addition to general organizational criteria, the implementation of our services is primarily discussed. All resulting findings are incorporated into our daily work and ensure a high level of service quality.
Information security & data protection
Taking into account the ever-increasing demands for data protection and data security, KÖTTER GmbH & Co. KG Administrative Services (as the central administrative service provider of the KÖTTER Group, responsible for the operation and provision of the IT infrastructure) has been certified according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
For the secure and data protection-compliant handling of information and the use of IT systems (notebooks, PCs, tablets, smartphones, including the software installed on them), various regulations apply throughout the KÖTTER Group, such as password policies, "clear screen" and "clear desk" regulations, etc. These and other minimum standards apply to all employees at all locations.


- Idea Management
In addition to the aforementioned feedback sessions, the opinions and experiences of our employees are an essential component of our service quality. We encourage our employees to question processes and report resulting ideas or suggestions for improvement to their respective superiors. These suggestions are evaluated, and the resulting measures are implemented in consultation with the client.
- The MQS Teams (Mobile Quality Assurance)
As an additional measure to maintain the agreed quality level, we rely on the use of mobile quality assurance teams. The members of the MQS teams are specially trained specialists who operate independently of the operational structures and report exclusively to management. The MQS teams conduct independent and unannounced inspections of all customer properties, review the agreed processes and existing framework conditions, and evaluate them. We will inform you regularly about the results of these measures and the resulting optimizations.
