KÖTTER Services has been an independent family-owned business since its founding in 1934 when it was known as Westdeutscher Wach- und Schutzdienst Fritz Kötter.

The company had an annual turnover of € 380 million in 2012. The group currently has 15,300 employees serving its customers at 50 locations nationwide.

Hazard alarm management is performed through our emergency and service control centres, which are manned 24 hours a day and located throughout Germany, working together with intervention teams.                                                                        

Since 1995 KÖTTER Services has been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001, individual comapnies of the KÖTTER Group additionally in accordance with SCC since 1997. Since 2012 individual companies have also been certified in accordance with AMS and DIN EN ISO 14001. 

Our vehicles are GPS and GPRS monitored, depending upon the deployment.
